Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Minecraft full-access account?
A full-access Minecraft: Java Edition account includes the login credentials and control of key account details. You can change the email address, password, Minecraft username, and skin when permitted by the platform.

What is the difference between the three account variants?
The Hypixel Banned variant cannot access Hypixel. The Hypixel + DonutSMP: Not Banned variant is checked before delivery for access to both Hypixel and DonutSMP. The DonutSMP Banned variant cannot access DonutSMP.

Choose the variant based on the servers you plan to use.

Can I use this Minecraft account on Hypixel?
Only if you select Hypixel + DonutSMP: Not Banned. The Hypixel Banned variant cannot access Hypixel. The Not Banned variant is checked before delivery, but future access depends on Hypixel’s rules and how the account is used.

Can I use this account on DonutSMP?
The DonutSMP Banned variant cannot access DonutSMP.

Select Hypixel + DonutSMP: Not Banned if you need DonutSMP access. This variant is checked before delivery for DonutSMP availability. Future access remains subject to DonutSMP’s rules and the account’s activity.

Is delivery instant?
Yes. After successful checkout, the account credentials are delivered automatically through the order system. This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped.

Can I change the email, password, username, and skin?
Yes. Full-access accounts allow you to change these details when permitted by the platform. Before changing the original email, note that doing so voids the warranty under the current Terms of Service.

Do the accounts include Minecraft capes?
Yes. Each account includes 1-4 random capes. The exact number and cape selection vary by account.

Does the account include Minecraft: Bedrock Edition?
Some accounts may also include Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Bedrock access is random and is not guaranteed with purchase.

What should I do after receiving my account?
Log in, confirm that the credentials and selected server access work, and change the password. Review the warranty terms before changing the original email, and follow Minecraft and server rules to reduce the risk of restrictions.

What happens if the account does not work?
Contact 4D4P Shop support with your order number and a clear description of the problem. Support or warranty eligibility is determined by the product terms and any account changes made after delivery.

Are the accounts guaranteed to remain unbanned?
No server status can be guaranteed permanently. The Not Banned variant is checked before delivery, but Hypixel and DonutSMP control future bans and restrictions. Access after delivery depends on their rules and how the account is used.
